Recently a PocoPhone F2 concept video surfaced on the web claiming
triple rear camera setup, under display fingerprint sensor and what not,
Please don’t fall for that every year these things happen. We are
pretty sure that there will be NO 41MP sensor on Pocophone 2. The design
seems impressive, but Xiaomi will not make the Pocophone a luxury
phone, It meant to be a budget flagship, and it will be a budget
flagship. So don’t expect any flashy design, specs, and hardware claimed
by the video.
29 December: Recently a Geekbench
listing made a lot of buzz about Poco F2 processor, the benchmark
listing claimed that the upcoming Pocophone would come with Snapdragon
845 SOC. However, the listing was fake; it was just a build.prop edit of
Poco F1, that’s why it shows SD845 instead of rumored SD855 SOC.

On the other hand, the rumors mill has already started to churn out some hints about the successor of the Poco F1, which will be the Poco F2. And to begin with the first and the most obvious thing here is the processor that will end up under the hood of the Poco F2, Along with similar memory configurations that we have seen currently, that is 6GB/64GB and 8GB/128GB/256 options. The Poco F2 will come with a 6.3-inch FHD+ notch display, but this time around we will have that new water drop style notch instead of the regular rectangle one, unless Xiaomi decides to drop the faceID clone idea, then another possibility could be the po Find X style system which is also seen on recently launched Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 smartphone.
